In our museum, we want people to carefully respect each other, the building and the exhibitions. On this page you will find our terms and conditions to guarantee a safe and pleasant visit.
Our house rules
- Follow the instructions of the museum staff.
- Touching works of art is prohibited. Please keep a watchful eye on (young) children.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the museum.
- Assistance dogs are very welcome. Other pets are not allowed in the museum.
- The minimum age to independently visit our museum is 12 years.
- Strollers, prams and baby backpack carriers are not allowed in the museum. You can stall them near the entrance.
- In case of an emergency evacuation, please follow the instructions of the staff, security or emergency services at all times.
- Teachers and/or supervisors accompanying groups are responsible and can be held liable for the behaviour of the members of their group.
- Visitors are present in all rooms of the museum at their own risk.
Coats and bags
You can leave coats and bags, larger than 40x30x15 cm, in the cloakroom or use a locker, free of charge. Wet items like umbrella’s cannot be brought into the museum. Please leave them in the cloakroom too.
Photography
Taking photographs without using lamps, flash and tripods is allowed in the museum. Please take notion of other visitors. Do you want to shoot films or take photographs for commercial purposes? Please contact us at pers-prinsenhof@delft.nl.
Accessibility
The museum housed in a former medieval monastery with many stairs and steps up and down. We are happy to help you to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Tickets
- An admission ticket is only valid on the day indicated on the ticket
- It is not possible to book tickets or make reservations by phone.
- The cost of tickets booked online and not used can be reimbursed after purchase. The purchase price will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of payment. Please call us on workdays between 9.00 and 17.00 at +31 (0)15 260 23 58, or send an email to info-prinsenhof@delft.nl
Privacy
- Museum Prinsenhof Delft is taking pictures during events. If you visit an event, you give the museum permission to use these pictures.
- We will use your email address to send the tickets you have bought online and to send an email after your visit asking you to take part in a survey of visitors’ experience.
- If you have asked to receive our newsletter, you will be registered for it. You can cancel your registration anytime.
- You will only receive information necessary and/or relevant to your visit to our museum.
